Revoltech Mini Danboard (Amazon version) // Figura mini Danboard (versión Amazon)

Hoy os presento a mi pequeño Danbo*(mini Amazon Danboard), este es el modelo mini de los que hay.

Mide aproximadamente 8cm y el modelo más grande 13cm, se nota bastante la diferencia de tamaño.

Este modelo es más pequeñín que Yotsuba, en el manga (Yotsubato&!) es más grande…pero bueno, yo creo que no queda muy mal.

¡Ah! A Danbo también se le encienden los ojitos.    ● ●
La cabeza, brazos y piernas son articuladas pero hasta cierto punto.

*Danbo/Danboard es un personaje (robot-caja) del manga Yotsuba&!, muy divertido por  cierto.

Today I´m going to introduce my little Danbo* (mini Amazon Danboard), this is the mini model.
It´s approximately 8cm tall and the largest model 13cm, the difference between them is quite significant.
This model is smaller than Yotsuba, in the manga (Yotsubato&!) is bigger, but well… I think is not bad.

Ah! The figure also features light up eyes.  ● ●

His head, arms and legs are moveable but to a certain point.

 *Danbo/Danboard is a fictional cardboard box robot caracter from Yotsuba&! manga series. It´s a very funny manga.

Tengo que decir que en el modelo original no viene las letras que pone “amazon.co.jp”, yo lo escogí así porque me hizo gracia esta idea y por lo mucho que compro en esta web.

I have to say that the original model has not these “amazon.co.jp” markings all over his head and body, but I have chosen the Amazon version because I think it´s funny and also because I usually buy on this web.

Ahora paso a enseñaros cómo viene en su caja:

El packaging no puede ser más apropiado…es una simple caja de cartón de lo más normal, como Danboard, una caja de cartón marrón claro.

Now, let´s see the packaging:
The packaging cant´s be more appropiated…it´s just a simple box, very simple! As Danboard is, a simple light brown box.

Al abrir la caja nos encontramos la figura junto con una pequeña peana (aunque la verdad es que se sostiene mejor sin ella) y una cajita.

 Once you open the box, you will see the figure, a little stand/base (but to be honest he stands better on his own) and a little box.

Aquí podéis ver el tamaño real de este mini Danboard.

Está hecho de plástico.
He´s made of plastic.

Y aquí veis como se pueden desmontar todas las extremidades y la cabeza. La verdad es que no creo que le desmonte muchas veces…me da cosilla por si se me estropea.

Dentro de la cajita entran las extremidades.

And here you see how all the parts are detachable (arms, legs and the head). Personally I don´t think I am going to do it very much, I don´t want to damage the figure.
Inside the box you can put the parts to organize them.

Al dar la vuelta a la cabeza vemos una pestañita de plástico transparente, al quitarla podemos dar al interruptor que tiene en el lateral izquierdo para que se enciendan los ojos. Yo la dejo puesta para asegurarme de que los ojos no se quedan encendidos.

There is a switch on his head that makes his eyes light up.
You will need to remove the small plastic piece (under his head) to make the eyes work. (I haven´t removed the plastic piece to make sure the eyes are not lighted).

☛Mi opinión personal: bueno, debido a su limitada articulación, el pobre Danbo no puede hacer mucho, quiero decir que, como dije antes, su cabeza, brazos y piernas son articuladas, pero hasta cierto punto.
Si hay una cosa que no me gusta nada de nada es el hecho de que no pueda sentarse…pero en verdad me encanta esta figura eh!
Así que si quieres que tu Danbo pueda sentarse sin ningún problema, compra el modelo grande. :)

☛My personal opinion: due to his limited articulation, Danbo could not do very much…I mean, as I said before, his head, arms and legs are moveable but to a certain point.
If there is one thing I really don´t like it´s the fact that he can´t sit down… :(
…but actually I really like this figure!

So if you want your Danbo to sit down without any problem, buy the Big Danbo model. :)

✿Danboard en verdad (en el manga) es una chica, es un disfraz que hizo Miura Hayasaka, aunque yo, y la mayoría de la gente nos referimos como si fuera un “chico”.

✿Danboard actually is a girl (Yotsuba&! manga), is a cardboard costume, made by Miura Hayasaka. But yes…I refer Danbo as a “boy”, me and the most of the people who have one.
